Responsible for all  office support functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Receptionist, Residence Service Officer, Doorman. As a department leader, directs and works with Resident Relations and employees to successfully execute all Office Support operations, including Tenants move in and move out procedures. Strives to continually improve Tenants and employee satisfaction and maximize the performance of the department.

Responsbilities Pre-opening team member ○ Greeted Guest and handled all their luggage ○ Welcome and escort Guest to and from their room ○ Ensure that Guests have a Pleasant stay ○ Explain features of room such as operation of television , and in room safe and answer any questions the guest may have ○ Deliver packages to guest rooms.Provided guest with up-to-date Residence information in a timely manner ○ As Concierge , provided recommendations to restaurants , reserved tables and transportation services when needed ○ Maintain guest satisfaction by proving excellent guest service with continued follow through on all guest needs ○ Follow up with guest complaints to ensure that any problems are resolved

Greeted & welcome all guest upon arrival ○ Assisted in the handling & storage of luggage ○ Monitor Lobby appearance to maintain & keep safety standards ○Ensure all guest leave satisfied at check out ○ Provided transportation for guest to and from their destination ○ Responsible for efficient,safe and friendly arrival and departure of hotel guest.
