I am a Partner and specialist in resolving complex corporate and commercial disputes, with a particular specialism in disputes relating to technology, communications and data. Clients include major UK and international organisations. I lead our TMT disputes practice internationally, our Telecoms sector practice and I am the global co-head of Digital Infrastructure. I am recognised in the legal directories in the Litigation and IT/Telecoms categories. My experience over the last 20 years includes helping clients resolve complex and strategic disputes relating to digital transformation and digital infrastructure, including ICT procurement and outsourcing/managed services, development, licensing, network moderisation and expansion, connected products regulatory, supply chain issues, joint ventures, data centre and system outages, as well as claims arising out of Cyber security incidents, data privacy litigation and other data-related disputes. This includes AI, IoT, 5G, AR/VR, etc. In addition, I spent time on secondment at a telematics plc.I am a member of the Society for Computers and Law and member of the International Technology Law Association. I am a regular author and speaker on risk management and disputes in the TMT sector, and recognied by Business Today as a Top 10 influential lawyer in tech.
