∙ Successfully led and managed the mission-critical operations of two data centers, with a total IT load of 60 MW, while ensuring high levels of uptime, reliability, and compliance.∙ Oversaw the critical operations team, including managing resources, setting individual and team objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and initiative.∙ Directed and oversaw the delivery of commissioning projects, including 15 MW of critical infrastructure with Level 5 – Integrated Systems Operational Tests.∙ Implemented a strict maintenance calendar and process, including automated service call notifications and a standardized archive system for documentation.∙ Developed MOPs and SOPs for all major maintenance and shutdowns, with a focus on safety and industry best practices.∙ Successfully led site shutdowns and installations, including a 25KV substation shutdown, switchgear shutdown, and three 2.75 MW generator installs, with zero impact to end user clients.∙ Responsible for managing annual departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.∙ Demonstrated strong client relationship management skills and ability to offer effective technical solutions.
