I work daily with airlines and MROs to evaluate issues with in-services Jamco products. This is done by taking reports from customers and then researching through Jamco's technical manuals and drawings to determine the correct issue resolution.In addition to support from the office, I have also provided on-site installation support for initial installation of product in both Europe and Asia.I also provide Export Compliance support for Jamco product traveling out of the country, and have been certified by the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security to perform this clearance.

As a freelance, I have traveled with FlipOn.tv to various conventions and operated various TriCaster units to perform live streaming. This includes, but is not limited to, setup of TriCaster, audio boards, and video cameras. I also operate all equipment concurrently during live production.In addition to the live productions, I also perform post-production editing of video and audio footage captured to allow for online archival on the FlipOn.tv website. This is done using Apple Final Cut, Adobe Compressor, and other audio/video editing tools as needed.My responsibilities also include training new TriCaster, audio, and video operators.
