Planning, monitoring, execution, and closeout of all annual mainline Integrity Investigations, maintenance, and high-priority projects along the pipeline corridor with awarded contractors, vendors, and other groups. Heavy emphasis on safety, environment, civil, mineral mining, rivers & and floodplains threat mitigations.

Creation and maintenance of multi-shift maintenance schedules of work orders, preventative maintenance, regulatory, and reactive work. Facilitate multi-discipline meetings coordinating upcoming maintenance efforts. Manage critical deadlines by setting priorities, working efficiently, and ensuring effective communication. Travel to multiple pump stations via light truck while effectively using the ARTS system and navigating the haul road in varying weather conditions. Using Primavera 6, focusing on the Systems Integrity Department, facilitated meetings with key stakeholders to align existing work integrating into the new system for accuracy & reporting while updating information for engineering, implementation, and closeout.

Assembled project team, assigned individual responsibilities, identified appropriate resources, developed schedule ensuring timely completion of 45 projects. Developed contractor scope and objectives budget with tracking and invoicing with detailed work plans, clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities and schedules. Published and maintained status reports, communication and risk plans as is consistent with ANMC standards.

Directed multiple concurrent rural Alaskan project teams throughout project planning, implementation, and closeout of government-funded projects. Project controls management with P6 software including cost loading and bi-weekly reporting using EPS accounting tools.

Implemented and maintained occupational health, safety, and environmental processes in accordance with Alyeska Pipeline Service Company guidelines in the field on five Below Ground (BG) Investigations, and one cathodic protection project.

Completed organization of project documentation and submittals within stringent USACE guidelines. Planned and facilitated weekly toolbox presentations of current seasonal hazards. Halted Jobsite work to address and reassess safety considerations, training, and multiple safety audits daily and ensures health & safety compliance.

Managed day-to-day operational aspects of rural and urban construction projects; including submittals, requests for information, and compilation of Operating & Maintenance Manuals, organized complete project close-out.

Managed day-to-day operational aspects of 5 locations, a call center, and 150 employees, performed human resources including payroll and accounting, advertising and marketing development, annual internal audit, creation and develop the 24-hour call center including custom software programming, maintained company-wide inventory with multiple vendors, operations of single locations when needed. Oversaw all aspects of construction and development of 4 locations from budget management, timelines, quality control, staffing, and inventory.
