Key responsibilities: Key Account Management (B2C)Building and maintaining strong relationships and a high level of satisfaction according to the guidelines and internal plan, through strategic (annual) and tactical (quarterly) business planning to achieve strong trusted advisor relationships. Media Markt, Coolblue, Bol.com, AO.nlReports & analysesCreates clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, in order to have full insight into the sales process. Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, follow up aging and control invoices.Marketing/Brand awarenessInternal communicationWorks and communicates efficiently with the sales teams of the other divisions and departments: credit & collection, order processing, logistic, legal (contract with account), extended sales force, marketing department, retail-marketing team.BudgetEnsures that the sales budget of the division is spend on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.
