P2P Serve was a video marketing company, providing targeted advertising to our clients via file sharing networks, delivering over 100,000 rich media ad impressions daily at its peak. - Created web CMS for analyzing visitors and tracking impressions and conversions.- Automated the software distribution and synchronization between 40 servers.- Landing page creation/optimization, marketing, finding ad deals.

- Lead maintenance developer of the web front-end of the SCM department’s build/versioning system (Java/JSP, Oracle backend), created a comprehensive build statistics suite in PHP- After receiving instructions of “I want to press one button and have it build”, came up with the concept of, created and supported standalone build/versioning utilities in Java, interfacing with the web front end/shell scripts/database. - Created and maintained shell/perl scripts for build/versioning processes, integrated them with Perforce
