Governmental Projects:compensatii.gov.md: As the product manager and project manager, I built a development team from scratch. In just 3 months, with support from UNDP and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, we developed an energy vulnerability platform to help Moldovan citizens receive compensation for energy costs during winter. The platform registered over 500,000 users within the first 2 weeks.mcabinet.gov.md and servicii.gov.md: Contributed as a team member in building and collaborating with the E-Governance Agencyeu.chisinau.md: As a project manager, led the development of a platform for the Mayor of Chisinau, enabling citizens to report city issues directly to the mayor’s office.Business Projects:Simpals Factory: Launched a venture builder project that tested over 5 new project ideas in one year and created one new startup. shop.price.md: Developed a SaaS platform allowing users to create new e-commerce websites within 2 days, integrated with local payment providers and delivery services. Within 3 years, over 150 shops were created on this platform, representing more than 20% of all e-commerce shops in Moldova.id.md: Designed a document signing product with cloud or local storage options and improved signing workflow. This product was implemented by the two largest telecom providers in Moldova.VR Room: Create VR ROOM in Iasi, Romania.Social Projects:verde.md: Developed a platform that enables citizens to plant trees with friends and family in Chisinau’s parks and streets. Over 2,000 trees have been planted through this initiative.
