Launched Canal+ in Myanmar (Joint-Venture with Myanmar partner) in coordination with General Management, closed the JV agreement, defined the financial policy (purchasing, logistic, customer) and managed currency hedging and transfer price analysis- Defined and successfully implemented the financing plan of the company (> 100 M$)- Recruited and managed team of 17 employees (accountant, controller, purchaser, sales administration, logistician)- Negotiated financial terms of all the contracts (wholesalers’, rental contract for 7 showrooms and office, satellite..) in order to optimize the cash management- Developed annual financial budget including rolling forecast; closely coordinated with the operations management team to ensure the Company would achieve its goals (20% of cost optimization after 3 years)- Implemented and supervised monthly operational and consolidated reports for monitoring activity- Led financial audits of the 3 companies; worked closely with external auditors, tax office, bank and lawyers

Within the Financial Department of Canal + Afrique: - Management of Pan-African and local financial projects (opening of subsidiaries, organization, support in setting up local financial departments, new means of payment, etc.) - setting up of a new ERP (SAP) for all African subsidiaries (AMOA, change management, internalization of accounting, etc.) - Harmonization of financial processes / operating methods (securing financial processes and cash flow) - management- Led project of Canal Olympia in Africa in coordination with Vivendi Village (Guinea, Cameroon, Benin)

Management of pan-African projects (West Africa / Central Africa) within the Operations Department: - Development / - Deployed Direct Debit and Mobile Money in 7 branches (30% of payment after 1 year) - Simplification / Harmonization of intra-subsidiary business processes - New CRM - Support for change management / Organization
