ennovationHUB is an online furniture retailer with an exceptional organizational culture, where growth and horizontal/ vertical shift are possible and very likely.After completing a project of coordinating the localization of a website to 7 different languages, I was offered a chance to help with the HR related projects, the segment in which I was at the time completing my master's degree. I currently hold a People & Culture Manager position, which includes:- assisting in the recruitment process;- onboarding new hires;- initiating and executing the follow up processes, making sure people have opportunity to grow, aligning personal/ professional and company's goals;- working on internal procedures, culture, making sure all stakeholders are taken care of (as much as possible);- enjoying every minute of working in HR.

Part-time work on a marketing project while pursuing Masters degree.

Took an active part in setting up the brand platform, together with the professional marketing agency, including: selection of the logo and visual identity, support in creation of the website wireframe, back-end preparations for the project.Established communication with the suppliers, clients, organised photoshooting of reference projects (including putting together a brief), and assisted the photographer on site (learned a lot about commercial photography, too).

BUCK is a specialist in the lighting business, with fields of expertise in medical, general, sport, street, and industrial lighting.Providing full support so that new products, accomplishments, events, news, and projects are prepared and presented in the right way. My work consisted of updating the website, providing content for social networks, organizing events, giving presentations and many more.

During this period, BUCK has grown from a strong local company to an international brand, and I like to think I contributed to it with my work, creativity and knowledge.The work I'm most proud of during this period is writing the content for four editions of catalog in three languages, organizing BUCK's exhibition during the Light+ Building fairs, setting up a concept for an internal database- still in use.
