-involved in stratup of the company in all logistic, supply chain and customer service processes -planning & purchasing for all suppliers (operating in A3, MLS 2, and Navision software), Europe and oversea deliveries-responsible for “stock efficiency”, by controlling service degree and stock turnover, slowmoving goods control-supervising of sales orders, sales promotion processes, sales customer support, warehouse and local transport operations in Serbia and Montenegro-startup of cross deck deliveries for Montenegro market-price calculation-supervising of other processes regarding custom clearance for import and export, inbound and booking of the goods-involved in an annual planing-preparing various excel reports-waist management-coordination with Agency for chemicals-obtaining necesery certificates according to local legislation-development and improvement of the procedures internally and externally-involved in pursue of counterfeiting and misusage of STIHL brand

-Developing and maintaining various Excel models for sales support, marketing, service department-Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports (tables and charts) -Assisting to pricing manager with various data analysis, implementation of data and ideas into the system -Stock management for “Pick and go” wholesale stores throughout Serbia

- Stock management for several key suppliers with stock turnover control- Monitoring sales history and selection of A, B and C priority items, determining their turnover time, minimum stock quantities, etc.- Directly responsible for “stock efficiency”, by controlling service degree and stock turnover, with the purpose of achieving fast stock turnover while keeping predefined availability of articles.- Negotiating with foreign partners (prices, terms of payment, delivery terms, packaging, domestic standards, regulations and certificates.- Preparing various daily, weekly and monthly reports (ABC analysis, stock value, purchase price control…)- Preparing and managing projects for purchasing department- Coordination between purchasing department and other departments such as sales and finance,-Coordinating with purchasing departments of Wurth companies in the region, helping them with stock management- Transport organization (international and local)

-Handling import and export documents, negotiating with forwarding agents-Booking of international transport, -Cost/benefit analysis-Correspondence with foreign partners and purchasing -Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly reports
