- Customer support coordination and control- Managing and controlling product returns between retail shops, warehouse and logistics- Analyzing and improvement of procurement processes- Coordination of company website improvements- Coordinating improvements of internal IT system of communication between retail and post-sale department- Post-sale documentation review according to Consumer protection act

- Verifying policy, procedures and instructions;- Verifying measuring instruments (non-invasive Sphygmomanometers and Medical Thermometers);- Performing internal audits;- Verifying Deviations/Non-compliance and Correction/Preventative action systems;- Creating regular and extraordinary reports, as well as other relevant documentation at request of the Directorate for Measures and Precious Metals;- Creating documents for external audits;- Valuing staff's abilities in inspection/authorized body;- Organizing training sessions for other staff members.

- Designing, developing and implementing SRPS ISO/IEC 17020;- Designing policy, procedures and instructions;- Performing internal audits;- Monitoring Deviations/Non-compliance and Correction/Preventative action systems;- Taking care for calibration equipment;- Controling/testing measuring instruments (non-invasive Sphygmomanometers and Medical Thermometers);- Person Responsible for entering medical devices into the Register of Medical Devices - Creating documentation for the registration, modification and renewal of medical devices with the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices.

- Designing, developing and implementing SRPS ISO 9001, SRPS ISO 14001, SRPS EN ISO 13485;- Performing internal audits;- Person Responsible for wholesale medical devices.
