PhishAR is a spin-out company from the Department of Computer Science at Oxford University. PhishAR specializes in combining advanced artificial intelligence (computer vision) models and augmented reality technologies to build missing bridges between the technologies and interfaces that we have today, and the immersive world that’s arriving tomorrow.The core innovations and intellectual property come from years of research supported by industry partners including Mastercard, the Swiss Ministry of Defence, and GCHQ.Our daily engineering work involves building custom state-of-the-art computer vision (AI) models, gathering huge datasets, packaging and deploying our core technology into smartphones and AR headsets, and building applications on those platforms, as well as the supporting backend services.

Arkas Holding is a huge International company that currently has 54 offices, 14 in Turkey and 40 in other countries all around the world (Greece, Italy, Monaco, Spain, France, Portugal, Morocco, Egypt, Russia etc.) and the headquarter is in Izmir, Turkey. I am part of the International HR Team based in Izmir. • Participating in the daily operations of the HR International Team • Participating in the recruitment process (sourcing, selection, CV screening, interviews...)• Working on project "Future of Work" to create and implement a new business model for the future of HR in all HR Arkas agencies worldwide• Searching through applicant’s database and selecting applicants meeting specified job requirements• Administering and scoring psychological/psychometric tests• Administrative work (creating and editing position cards for each position, exit interviews, reference check forms, creating application forms, policy documents etc.)

• Conducting clinical psychological assessments• Assisting in children consulting• Participating in regular weekly online sessions with patients • Writing clinical reports

• Participating in the daily operations of the HR Team• Assisting in recruitment, sourcing, screening and selection of candidates (mostly IT positions)• Participation in psychological testing of candidates and interviews with candidates• Administering and scoring psychological/psychometric tests• Providing assistance in preparations for Learning and Development in-house training activities• Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork• Designing selection process for hiring new HR interns, handling their onboarding

• Creation, implementation and analysis of surveys for members, evaluation of Association’s members satisfaction• Organization of soft skills and educational workshops• Connecting students and business community through various projects• Organizing student visits to the companies that represent their "future working places"• Organizing and managing a one-day event called "Business Matchmaker" that gives students the possibility to participate in a series of interviews with companies from different industries and fields of work
