My background in the construction industry taught me to adapt my communication style to various audiences and sparked my interest in project management. I learned that effective processes rely on motivated people and that true success comes from managing change in ourselves and our environments.There is a fine line between building construction and software development; the only difference lies in the color of the gloves we use. Both fields require meticulous planning, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering "quality".I have navigated significant twists and turns throughout my career, adapting to evolving business systems that experience rapid growth and reorganization. I take pride in my ability to face challenges in process improvement and people management to achieve desired outcomes.
