I am an Operations Manager with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, expected to graduate in Jun 2023. I have core competencies in recruiting, auditing, project management, and I have experience in working in the housing and social care sector.Most recently, I worked as a Housing Officer at Catalyst Housing Limited, where I supported clients to maintain their tenancy by looking after their flat/house as per the agreement. I also engaged clients in meaningful activities in the community, and helped them achieve their goals and wellbeing.
