Recruited to drive initiation of drug discovery projects.• Built an in vitro Pharmacology Team from nothing to routinely supporting 4 projects.• Built assay cascades for 8 HTS over 4 years.• One patented assay enabled a collaboration with Johnson & Johnson.• Led this collaboration achieving milestone payments.

• Enhanced the effectiveness of the molecular pharmacology team in recombinant cell creation.• Generated a recombinant cell line for manufacture of a biologic in four months which enabled a multi-million pound deal with a bio-pharmaceutical company.
