Responsibilities include integrating Procurement in the project management process and project teams at an early stage. Organizing, controlling and monitoring all Procurement activities in the project and introducing Procurement strategies targeting maximum contribution result while mitigating the risks to a minimum.In my day-to-day work, I performs buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials on project basis. These strategies are the guideline for the buyer team and serves as liaison between project team and procurement department. Resolving issues with delivery, quality or other related problems with purchased material or services. Updates project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases. Perform value analysis to identify cost improvements.
