I joined Fastclick to help them expand into new markets and expand their product line. I oversaw all product management and marketing activities, which helped to grow annual revenues from $43M to $90M in 15 months through our NASDAQ IPO and acquisition by ValueClick, which later became Conversant.After the acquisition, I managed teams responsible for the global product platform, business development efforts, and new market initiatives of the Media division, as well as US operations for PriceRunner's comparison shopping business. • Led corporate M&A integration of Fastclick into ValueClick.• Managed international product teams in the US, UK, FR, and DE.• Led the design and launch of ValueClick Media’s first behavioral targeting product, which tied together data across all divisions to maximize yield and improve performance.• Managed operations for PriceRunner U.S. business line, including Sales, Business Development, Client Operations and Engineering.• Helped acquire MeziMedia for $350M to accelerate ValueClick’s comparison shopping business.
