My focus is on everything related to digital advertising (strategies), ad tech and helping customers achieve the highest results by using recruitment marketing. I've led the ad tech team, with a focus on performance and automation. We've done that together with brilliant developers, data scientists and designers. When I joined Blendle, I began as part of the support team at Blendle, but quickly strived to grew to Product Manager. When I left Blendle, I was leading two of Blendle's product teams full of highly-talented developers, designers and copy writers, who worked on Blendle.com and the core APIs. Together we aimed to save journalism and educate people with high-quality & beautiful journalism. * Responsible for setting up the OKRs for those teams and making sure those OKRs are achieved. * Worked on big projects such as the release of Blendle Premium.* Responsible for creating and optimisation the most frequently internal tool which reduces those costs for up to 60%, but also upping the quality of the work. * Managing two multidisciplinary teams consisting of incredibly talented people. * Coming up with ways to keep the people in the teams happy and always being eager to learn.
