Besides operating internally as general manager for Swigle, i've had the pleasure to work with a wide variety of clients all over the Netherlands. My broad role consisted of understanding the clients wishes, helping them form a solid and workable idea and translating that to buildable plans and technical designs my developers could understand and work from. Internally i would operate as the PO for the projects setting out goals and making sure the wishes of the clients were met and delivered on time. All the while making sure everyone was happy and performing to their fullest.
