As a newbie to a Japanese Company with operation in the Philippines, I handle the overall Administration affairs of the Project. A remarkable and a legacy to remember by establishing the Manpower requirements, Administrative Affairs and General Welfare of the Employees. I can see myself that I achieve my goals and dreams to BBGPP with the help of the clients, vendors and suppliers, we start a new height going to a great achievement specifically in Soil improvement face. From 2017 at FDH Joint Venture at Kuwait handling and over-all in charge from Selection, Recruitment, Visa, Mobilization, Orientation, General Affairs, Payroll, Contract Management, Demobilization, Settlement and Visa Cancellation of the EmployeeDuring 2011 to 2016, I worked at Ruwais Refinery Project at United Arab EmiratesHandling same task in KuwaitFrom December 2007 to February 2011, I work at Qatar for Qchem II Project. It was a very first and new from me because, this was my first overseas assignment servicing 15000 employees from diverse cuture and nationalities.As a labour Controller to Administrator, I have completed the project in accordance with the requirements and standards. I was the 20th Employee to demobilized in the Project from 15000 Employees.
