As a humble, attentive and conscientious person, the art of training and developing client’s skills is the forefront of my drive and passion. Not only the life skills and confidence that Martial Arts and exercise brings, but the self -awareness and health benefits of all aspects of the fitness+health industry – mind, body and soul.In my own journey of 13 years within the Martial Arts environment, the physical and mental strength that these art forms provide, go beyond the training room.After a successful 7 years of Martial Arts and Self-Defence teaching, I wanted to continue my personal and professional development and branched further by qualifying as a Gym and Personal Fitness Instructor. I am continuously looking to learn and broaden my knowledge and expertise.With an empathetic approach to each client, I lean on experience within my personal life of having been a Personal Carer to ensure any Emotional and Mental Health support is available, if and when they wish to share.I can proudly say that multiple of my clients do share and receive help through the physical and mental support that I can and have given them.
