Acts as the first point of contact for Corporate Account Managers, District Administrators, Customers, and Sales Representatives for institutional Key Accounts and is responsible for maintaining and supporting specific Key Account requests. Is knowledgeable and responsible for all areas of customer master data, customer tanks, and billing arrangements for specific NA Corporate Accounts. Assists with support for the online portal. Acts as the ISO coordinator for bi-yearly ISO audits, responsible for employee training on ISO procedures, facilitating management reviews, and ensuring documentation is accessible and up to date.

A Senior Customer Account Representative processes higher volumes of all inbound transactions into the Customer Set-Up Group including requests and general inquiries submitted via phone, fax, e-mail or web while demonstrating consistently error-free work at all times. The Senior CAR also demonstrates advanced knowledge of all of Nalco’s business units and complex scenarios for the customer master and all four BA types related to the order-to-cash process.

The CAR processes higher volumes of all inbound transactions into the Customer Setup Group. These job duties include: requests and general inquiries submitted via phone, fax, e-mail or web, while demonstrating consistently error-free work at all times. The CAR also demonstrates advanced knowledge of customer master data and/or all four BA types for all of Nalco’s business units and complex scenarios related to the order-to-cash process.

Under general supervision, the Customer Account Associate processes all inbound transactions into the Order Support Department including order requests and general inquiries submitted via phone, fax, e-mail or web.
