We have options for our photographers to participate in "Photos of the Week" and "Photo Essays" which engage our photographers in more creative photography outside of the paper - uploaded to our Instagram account, put on our website under our photos tab and sometimes run in our printed issues. Along side of being the photography editor and taking photos, I managed our Twitter and Instagram accounts as well as being a copy editor and designing our photo spreads.
