Begun a career as an accountant and promoted to operations manager, subsequently positions were focused on senior analyst in a variety of industries like insurance, medical and consumer technology. Expert at Excel, Salesforce and a host of other ERP & CRMs. Financial and operational analysis are the corner stone of the expertise I bring to the table.I enjoy working with operations teams in creating efficent workflows to solve root cause problems found in the analysis. After the implimentation of these changes, post-go-live reviewing of the changes shows that most porject s have double digit increases in productivity or decreases in expenses. While supervising teams of data entry peronsell or customer service reps, I was able to raise their engagement levels and increase positivity in the company culture by listening to team members and finding unique solutions to difficulties within the department.In my off hours I enjoy family time with my wife and 2 children doing Scouting, creative art and travel. We also enjoy day trips to local theme parks like Disneyland, Legoland and San Diego Zoo. I am involved with the school Parent Teacher Organziation as their President, and feel strongly about the opportunity that education is the best way to grow and become a productive member of the community.
