Director Of Program Management
Current• Drive strategic discussions and decision making across a broad portfolio of projects spanning drug discovery, development, and commercialization. Continuously adapt strategy based on shifting internal priorities and external circumstances• Ensure deep integration of strategy & planning by regularly engaging senior stakeholders in all functions: Clinical Development & Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Research, Technical Operations, and Translational Medicine• Lead core team meetings --incl. preparation, real-time facilitation, minuting, and follow-up-- with a focus on timely execution, problem solving, risk mitigation, and proactive planning. Conduct ad hoc sub-team meetings to ensure robust follow-through• Build, maintain, and frequently communicate project timelines, including scenarios deriving from key risks and decision points. Ensure continuous availability of this information to teams and management via online project portals• Champion implementation and continuity of key external relationships (industry and academic) by working closely with Alliance Management and senior leaders• Develop a high-performing culture that prizes shared goals, transparency, and trust; build a Program Management function that models these qualities on a day-to-day basis• Supervise a senior project manager, with a strong focus on career development to meet both individual and company goals over the longer term
