Expert in tourism development, marketing & communication, and service business. Long work experience in research and development projects in the field of tourism and education. I like to work in the interface of research and practical business and help companies develop by offering them insights from the latest research. My areas of expertise and interests are especially developing tourism services, customer experience as well as marketing and communication in its many forms. I am also skilled in educational sector, by working in an international education export project and many years at university of eastern Finland. I have planned and productized educational services for international customers, designed web-courses (in Moodle) and worked in close cooperation with many educational institutions. I have good skills in project management, data management and analysis. Always look the big picture first but pay attention to details as well. Organizing and co-operation skills also belong to my strengths. I am development-oriented, always ready to learn new skills and become enthusiastic about planning and designing better services and help businesses. In the future I would like to work for example in the field of marketing and communication, service business, service design or education.
