Digital Marketing Coordinator
Current• Develop Digital Strategies for relevant brands and product lines• Managing & update social media accounts and other digital platforms, while striving to improve the impact in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, followers, tweets, etc.• Following international brands guidelines for their digital and social media marketing, to ensure correct representation on our digital platforms• Social media community management and liaising with sales and customer service teams for their follow-up to queries.• Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources.• Liaising with 3rd party service providers for artwork, content, photos, as well as assisting with creating some content in-house• Identify new digital advertising opportunities• Develop and implement email & SMS/Whatsapp marketing campaigns• Digital Advertising - Launch, manage and optimise Google, and other social media campaigns.• Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.• Measuring the performance of campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), and other means, to continually improve online presence and increase brand equity• Conducting research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.• Build strong relationships with industry professionals and influencers• Work with other team members to drive the overall marketing goals, and sales goals
