I assist with the admin and project management for the key accounts and sales processes at PeopleTree Group. I perform general admin and act as a personal assistant for the COO, setting up meetings, creating structures around key account client relationships, scheduling meetings and events, and proofreading presentations. I will also venture into a business development assistant, sourcing new business, finding clients and setting up sales meetings.

As a recruitment consultant, my role included finding new clients, managing relationships with current clients, screening and interviewing candidates and head hunting, in order to match up the best talent with the right organisation. I also took on the role of digital marketing, keeping our social media channels updated regularly.

While at Talent Fusion, I would use my network to find new clients and create specifications of the jobs that were needed. I’d place those specs and interview candidates for the roles. I would also help negotiate a candidate’s fee structure and help place the right talent in the right roles.

At BAT, I started as Consumer Relations Amplifier for Rothmans. I would work closely with our agency to develop promotional material and execute the strategy for the brand. From there, I moved into sales and marketing, which was a split between making direct customer sales and implementing trade marketing on all point-of-sale materials.
