Over my years working for the AGC I have taught and conducted over 300 girls from grade P-8. In my current position I act as a Senior Tutor I mentor tutors of junior girls; observing classes, providing feedback and professional development.

Over my time teaching at Bundoora Secondary College I have taught Grade 7-10 Mathematics and General Science alongside VCE Mathematical Methods and Chemistry. In 2016 I became a Classroom Coordinator taking on a pastoral and administrative leadership role with a Year 7 class.

The Teach for Australia Associate Program is a two year teaching and professional development program which aims to end educational disadvantage. Associates are placed in a disadvantaged secondary school teaching from their specialist subject area while they earn a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) from Deakin University. Teach for Australia has provided me with significant professional development and support to assist me in doing my part to ease educational disadvantage.

Girls from Oz is a charitable organisation which seeks to provide performing arts education for girls in rural and remote Australia. The aim is to increase their capacity by engaging girls with their schooling and providing ways for them to express themselves.As the Donor Development Coordinator I was responsible for the media of Girls from Oz, communication with donors and growing the donor network through outreach.
