I led the strategic planning of all communications across North Greenwich Arena, including the development of a venue specific Incident Management Plan. Delivering training and presentations to 300 paid staff members, external partners and over 1000 volunteers. Training and presenting to the Military, Council, and Emergency services.Developing a staff and volunteer engagement programme, and managing our team Coordinator. Advising senior management on all aspects of communications, safety, event operations, and back of house facilities such as media and broadcast. Liaising with all functional areas to design tailored and effective communication processes. I was also a lead in planning and executing Operational Communications at the London Prepares Test Event Series.T3 (Train the Trainer) course successfully completed.
