About Jemma Jackson

I'm a hospitality-based Director, with extensive experience leading food innovation projects from ideation to launch across all sectors of our industry, from casual dining, QSR, pubs, hotels & leisure, to cruise liners. I lead internal and cross-functional teams through creating food strategy and visions, new concepts, offer and menu creation, NPD paths, to training and go live.
