I am a big believer in what you put in you get back. Since the age of 16 onwards I have worked in hospitality, catering & customer facing rolls. I started by making coffee in my Mothers hair salon then moved onto small cafes from washing up to making sandwiches. In 2009 I was given the opportunity to become a restaurant supervisor at The Coniston Hotel & Country Estate. I worked there for 3 years; I truly learnt the order of service & how to look after guests, building fantastic customer relationships. This was the beginning of a career for me however I didn’t know what path I wanted to follow, I just simply knew I loved people & giving personal 5 star service was my passion.I then went on to work for the Seafood Pub Company as an Assistant Manager at the Oyster and Otter Restaurant. Seafood Pub Co prides itself in dining with a difference, from Britain’s finest dishes to world classics in unique, relaxed venues. Currently I am working for Crisp White Sheets as a Business Development Executive, sourcing luxury hotels & properties all over the country. As a team we work extremely hard to give all hotels in our collection a great amount of exposure and marketing. All of which is released to our huge AB1 database.
