Client Services Supervisor
Current- Be the first point of contact for technology and remote user related issues that arise within the studio - Managing the Client Service Team & Media Engineering Team, collaborating with Post Production - Support various software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, GSuite, Autodesk and ShotGrid, and assist with various animation specific tools. - Administrating all software licenses, Microsoft AD/Azure, iTop, etc - Curating Events & Culture for the Technology team and the Studio - Collaborating with Production, Development & Overhead- Directly working with 3rd party vendors on upcoming deals- Handling Finance for Technology - Collaborating with Operations on building studios in LA and Skydance Animation East - Organize technology asset inventory, new user setups, shipping, and software licensing - Directly collaborating with Talent Acquisition on new hires to the studio- Directly collaborating with HR with on-boarding/off-boarding users
