By using participatory approaches to strategic planning, program design and evaluation, I aim to help organisations create equitable and inclusive social change. I help organisations understand and enhance their impact by engaging with the people they seek to impact, seeking feedback about their work, critically reflecting on strengths and weaknesses, and identifying opportunities for adaptation and improvement. I have previously worked as a program manager and lawyer with not-for-purpose organisations in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on refugees and migration, access to justice and human rights.
