Dance through Life is a company dedicated to health and wellness, utilizing Transpersonal counselling and workshops, Yoga, dance and free movement, and Reiki energy healing.We offer; - heartfelt and creative Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes and private sessions in a variety of studio's around Perth,- Transpersonal counselling and life coaching to address depression, anxiety, eating disorders, low self worth, anger management and deep inner connection.- dance and movement workshops and classes- Reiki healing for stress, anxiety, pain, disconnect, chakra clearing and energy balancing.

I worked and lived as a Workshop facilitator and teacher at a traditional plant medicine healing centre located in the Amazon jungle, Peru from December to June 2014 and continued work with the Temple till November.I guided and supported guests coming from all over the world for either 12 day or 1, 2 or 3 month workshops in a journey of deep self healing. The workshops were for 22 people and I assisted in all aspects of the healing retreat. With my professional background in Counselling I acted as emotional support to all guests and other volunteers and workers at the healing centre. Additionally, I taught workshop participants Yoga, Dance and Movement therapy classes and developed self inquiry workshops based on transpersonal counselling techniques to assist participants with their inward healing journey.Upon leaving Peru, I commenced development of Continuing Care program for all guests leaving the workshop. The program covers diet, physical health and well-being, mental and emotional support strategies, soul care and the nurturing of our planet through sustainable living.

I offer RAD Ballet and creative Contemporary Dance classes to students aged 13 - 25 and pre professional dancers.Classes are inspired by my eclectic performance career and world-wide training with master teachers.
