Throughout my life I have always found joy through engaging in physical education, sport and leading an active, healthy lifestyle. This journey has led me to developing an interest in and igniting a passion for exercise and movement. I see great value in the benefits it has for those of all ages (no matter their goal or athletic level) and the important life lessons it teaches us along the way. My sporting background, love for staying fit and desire help others reach their goals, lead me to pursue a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Physiology. As an Exercise and Sports Scientist and Level 1 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Association Coach (ASCA), I have a deep understanding of the benefits and importance of having a holistic approach when it comes to enhancing performance and movement. By approaching each individual with a holistic approach (movement, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation, nutrition and mental wellbeing all considered) and ensuring all areas hold equal value, each individual is in a prime position to ensure they reach their optimal potential and leads an active, happy, healthy life. My main goal is to educate my clients to help them gain the knowledge, skills and mindset needed to conquer their goals with or without me!
