I have worked in progressively senior roles managing teams with a UK, European and then Global responsibility, with and for, household named brands from HSBC UK, Lloyds Banking group and Vodafone to Johnson & Johnson and Castrol.Over my career I have led international accounts, managed £m budgets, developed and implemented consumer insight team restructures to support commercial growth, built and restructured supporting insight programs from brand tracking through to sponsorship/partnership evaluation, and illustrated expertise and leadership in disciplines from brand planning, behavioural sciences, campaign evaluation, segmentation, thought-leadership and category innovation.I am incredibly passionate about consumer insight and genuinely excited by the level of disruption and opportunity that exists, and I’m a champion of innovation within our market. I’m committed to self-development; I am currently undertaking a Marketing Leadership Program (masters level) with CIM.
