Key objectives and achievements included:* Design, delivery and management of the programmes - this included creating innovative blended programmes, as well as day to day running. * Overall management of budget & ROI for programmes* Creating & utilising robust selection processes to allow delegates onto the programmes* Programme delegates' HR contact; helping address their people issues, as well as being a coach and mentor to them* Working with both the recruitment and HR teams to find suitable work placements and roles during/post programme * Managing ad hoc projects outside of the programmes remit (team days, train the trainer redesign and delivery, apprenticeship levy etc)* Part of a small team working with an independent consultant to create a robust L&D strategy, reshape how the L&D function worked with the business and that we were structurally able to achieve this new ways of working.
