Key programmes included;* Harrods Graduate Programmes (Retail, IT and Distribution)* Harrods Management Programme (HiPo development programme) * Harrods Sales Academy * Harrods Retail Academy (school leaver programme)* Gourmet Food Academy (for people in both our food hall and restaurants)* Oxford Summer School (10 places allocated each year)* Management Onboarding (induction for all new people managers who have recently joined the business). It is worth noting that some of these programmes took place more than once a year, so would juggle numerous cohorts at any one time. Key objectives and achievements included:* Design, delivery and management of the programmes - this included creating innovative blended programmes, as well as day to day running. * Overall management of budget & ROI for programmes* Creating & utilising robust selection processes to allow delegates onto the programmes* Programme delegates' HR contact; helping address their people issues, as well as being a coach and mentor to them* Working with both the recruitment and HR teams to find suitable work placements and roles during/post programme * Managing ad hoc projects outside of the programmes remit (team days, train the trainer redesign and delivery, apprenticeship levy etc)* Part of a small team working with an independent consultant to create a robust L&D strategy, reshape how the L&D function worked with the business and that we were structurally able to achieve this new ways of working. -

Ensuring the delegate experience is excellent from when they sign their contract after being recruited to when they've been in role for their first 90 days* Core member of the delivery team; facilitation of Team Days and leadership learning content to wider Tesco population (From individual contributors to senior managers within the business)* Assigned as one of the lead trainers in a key roll out for a new “people manager” culture refresh programme – rolling out train the trainer programmes across the whole business (Stores and office).
