Sat within the international team, focusing on 14 different country markets, key achievements include:* Managed recruitment & development events for both the Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP) & the Group Management Programme (GMP): ALP concentrates on our senior business leaders. We develop our top director talent, preparing them for their next roles as senior exec and board members across all Tesco markets. GMP is a second tier to our global graduate programmes for our colleagues internally, and helps fast track them to director level. * Design and delivery of numerous development weeks around the world; making sure they get business breadth, leadership development, market familiarisation and opportunities to network with key stakeholders within the business (including gaining sponsorship from the executive board of Tesco) Development weeks managed were held in UK, Bratislava, Shanghai and Korea. * Managing recruitment globally of new nominees onto both schemes; managing the internal nomination process and the end to end delivery of the recruitment cycle. * Design and refresh of assessment materials; ensuring both fairness in selection as well as linked with the current Tesco corporate strategy and leadership framework* Managed and facilitated assessment centres in the UK, Hong Kong & Korea as part of the selection process.* Managed the UK side of the China Graduate Programme - a fast track year long programme recruiting and developing the best Chinese graduates to join our China business in a variety of exciting roles within retail (with a UK placement). This included finding stretching placements across 6 different functions within the UK, as well as individual coaching, performance management and designing & delivering leadership content for the programme delegates* Built executive bridging programmes for new directors and CEOs across the group to ensure they received personal exposure to the relevant business areas needed for their roles
