But her favorite type of projects (her 🍞 and 🧈) involve 360 campaign development, illustration, experiential activations, social-first activations, typography, and all 👏 things 👏 video and still production.     My responsibilities have grown throughout my time with the agency and include the following:– Started as the lead designer for Dairy Queen. Projects touched nearly every facet of design and ranged from art directing social campaigns, to web, print, and packaging design, and even a Super Bowl broadcast. Concepted and collaborated often with AD/CW teams. Spearheaded a rebrand for DQ's design system and the Marvel Studio's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. II "Mission Mixtape" campaign.– Requested often to help with new business pitches, allowing me to work closely with the top minds and leadership in the agency.– Participate in the mentorship program and act as a mentor to design interns and junior designers. Role allows me to oversee projects, provide critique, and insure that they are constantly challenged and growing.– Currently the design lead for S'well, a client that I helped win through the pitch process. Responsibilities include presenting to and maintaining a strong relationship with the client, high level strategic and design concepting/brainstorming, working beside and closely with Strategy and Creative leadership, and supporting ACD/ACW teams to maintain brand standards. Clients include: S'well, Dairy Queen, Wingstop, Spirit Airlines, Russell Athletic, Kansas City Design Week, At Home, March of Dimes, Britax, UMB, Big O Tires, Grow Financial, and Noodles & Co.
