My role involves handling of an existing book of Corporate clients alongside an Account Executive.This includes renewal administration, preparation of renewal reports and summaries, broking presentations, cross selling, processing of mid term adjustments, claims handling and day to day contact with both clients and Insurers.

Additional duties for this role included assisting the divisional manager to ensure the division and branch exceeds target. Cross selling products alongside the commercial divisions.Monitoring renewal retentions for the division.Developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients.

Additional duties for this role involved handling of a larger book of client business.Providing training on products and procedures to members of the division.Allocating new business leads.

Responsible for a book of private clients business and my duties included processing of renewals, new business and mid term adjustments.

Processing of renewals and mid term adjustments, and supporting the new business team through cross sales.
