I’m a passionate Learning & Development Practitioner, Project Manager, Team Manager, Business Analyst and Change Analyst with almost 20 years’ experience. I have worked within the international development, education, health, finance, telecommunication, engineering, NGO, private and government sectors. I am just as comfortable managing, as I am creating and facilitating, the end-to-end lifecycle of training and change projects; from analysis, design, build, facilitation/implementation and then ensuring the continued adoption of the initiative.I have a strong education and training background, with sound understanding of project and team management and leadership. I can comfortably assess a business’s current training and professional development program and determine, while liaising with a range of stakeholders and SMEs, how to raise up the level of training offerings. I ensure that my training material incorporates multiple different learning styles, while my design skills ensure my training material is professional and aesthetically appealing. I am able to design a variety of different learning packages, such as webinars, in-classroom training, videos, and online learning. I enjoy utilising different educational technology in my teachings, and am able to build and create Learning Management Systems.I have managed and supported change within small and large complex teams and have been part of cultural, behavioural and process change initiatives. I can comfortably liaise with a range of stakeholders and SMEs and can create associated change, communication and implementation material. When supporting change initiatives, I endeavour to view the situation from all perspectives and ensure that I think strategically, apply sound judgment, act with integrity and empathy.I’m an analytical thinker who performs well under pressure and understands the importance of both attending to the detail as well as presenting top-level information to stakeholders. I have excellent time management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. I am proficient at managing schedules and budgets, and enjoy finding optimum solutions to balance each stakeholder’s expectations.
