I am a Certified IRCA Lead Auditor and ISO QMS Lead Auditor, bringing a keen understanding of quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence.I started my journey as a Psychometrician at the University of Northeastern Philippines, where I specialized in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. This early experience sharpened my analytical skills and gave me insight into talent development and strategic planning.Later, I spent several years in Myanmar as a Training Manager and Curriculum Developer, where I crafted comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs. These roles also gave me valuable experience in stakeholder management and leadership.Following this, I served as a Virtual Recruiter for a U.S.-based staffing firm, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle.
