With over 10 years of experience across various industries, I’ve developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, training and development, and audit and compliance management. My career has allowed me to work in diverse settings, from education to corporate environments, and now in higher education administration at one of the leading universities in the Bicol region. I am a Certified IRCA Lead Auditor and ISO QMS Lead Auditor, bringing a keen understanding of quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence.I started my journey as a Psychometrician at the University of Northeastern Philippines, where I specialized in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. This early experience sharpened my analytical skills and gave me insight into talent development and strategic planning.Later, I spent several years in Myanmar as a Training Manager and Curriculum Developer, where I crafted comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs. I’m passionate about empowering individuals through education and skill-building, and I thrive on creating training solutions that drive growth and enhance performance. These roles also gave me valuable experience in stakeholder management and leadership.Following this, I served as a Virtual Recruiter for a U.S.-based staffing firm, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. I developed expertise in sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes, particularly in remote work environments.Currently, I hold the position of Performance & Compliance Audit Manager at the University of Saint Anthony. In this role, I lead compliance audits and help shape policies that ensure operational efficiency and adherence to institutional standards. I collaborate with department heads and university executives to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and implement changes that promote excellence across the organization.I’m continuously driven by a desire to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful change.
