Managing Director, Behavioral Health
Current• Provides strategic leadership for portfolio of behavioral health projects, including information and referral services which operates substance use and problem gambling helplines for the states of Massachusetts and Illinois, and substance use helplines for Oregon and Vermont, ensuring reliable, high-quality service to connect consumers with harm reduction, treatment, and recovery support services• Collaboratively manages and develops innovative Behavioral Health and Racial Equity (BeHERE) Training project for staff working with people who use substances• Co-developed and -leads HRiA's Behavioral Health and Racial Equity (BeHERE) Initiative, which centers racial equity in behavioral health through programming, advocacy, and awareness-building. • Engages external partners to enhance Helplines and behavioral health services, such as the Wheels of Hope transportation project in partnership with the Merrimack Valley Project and Lucos Transportation• Develops proposals to secure funding to support program development and implementation for new projects, including multi-million dollar helpline services• Builds relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain effective services, including state governments, technology partners, data analysts, and a cadre of external partners and consultants• Supports, supervises, and mentors a diverse team of staff to achieve the goals of the organization, our clients, and themselves
