As a results-driven Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience, I thrive on collaborating with subject matter experts and team members to clarify requirements for business needs and problem statements, enabling planning processes that are effective, efficient, and scalable. Over the past seven years, I’ve specialized in optimizing processes across global, enterprise workgroups—including user experience, analytics, IT, business, and vendors—to drive successful quarterly agile planning and product releases. By leveraging A/B testing, customer analytics, and strategic content management, I've helped improve online support experiences for our customers, who generate ~65% of the traffic to intel.com. My work consistently prioritizes customer value, creating impactful, user-centered solutions that enhance satisfaction and engagement.My earlier career took a more operational focus, aligned to my interest in the emerging discipline of content strategy and how it could serve our team operations and customers; particularly its intersection with content management and metadata. I delivered team requirements for enterprise content management vendor selection and onboarding, spearheaded content migrations, and pioneered data model creation, optimization, and governance frameworks that drove digital experience excellence.Outside of work, I have two favorite pastimes: 1) preparing something delicious to enjoy with my family and friends (I make a mean pork shoulder posole, topped with fresh veggies, and served over a thick slice of crusty sourdough bread); and 2) heading over to the Oregon coast with some surf tackle, a bucket, and a couple rods for some surf fishing.
