-Lead the strategic marketing communications efforts of the largest account at the agency, 3M's Critical and Chronic Care Solutions Division. -Create programs for the skin, wound and securement divisions.-Develop and produce strategic solutions to meet client's specific needs using product launches, content strategy, digital media, trade shows, and website.-Collaborate with the Global Marketing Communications Strategist at 3M on a daily basis, managing strategy and agency-client relationships. -Prepare proposals and manage program budgets, forecasting and invoicing-Develop new business opportunities.

-Led the overall re-branding of sWheat Scoop cat litter, a 15 year-old product. Created a fresh, new, updated brand. Elements included logo, copy voice, packaging, sales materials, and web site.-Developed yearly marketing communications plans for sWheat Scoop cat litter and led a team to execute the plans. Programs include, in-store materials, packaging updates, trade shows, influencer outreach, social media, paid media programs and video content.-Responsible for the nurturing and maintenance of profitable client relationships. Daily contact with clients to ensure needs are being met.-Managed the yearly budget, updated monthly forecasts and attend monthly financial reviews.
