•Conducting site health, safety and environmental audits on a broad range of building construction and interior sites to ensure company and legislative compliance•Consultation and advisory services to onsite staff and sub-contractors•Development of health and safety systematic, cultural and practical training presentations for delivery to staff and sub-contractors•Onsite health, safety and environmental observations and inspections•Development, design and implementation of useful and practical health and safety tools•Everyday liaison with onsite project managers, site managers, foremen, trades and training co-ordinator

•Observation of various lifting operations, including tilt panel and roof erection, to ensure safety around high voltage electrical equipment of the surrounding switchyard; ensuring safety of personnel working at height and personnel within crane lifting and swing areas•Reporting potential hazards to HSE management for review•Assistance with site security system•Producing staff time and attendance reports•Updating the site operative competency register•Conducting visitor inductions and issuing visitor PPE •Creating site evacuation reports•Onsite trade assistance (steel fixing, hammer-handing, housekeeping, access control & assisting rigger-dogmen)
