Directly responsible for content for 6 weeks of the semester.* Coordinate the two-stage hiring process for all undergraduate FYE staff.* Coordinate Welcome Week College Day for CLA. In this role, sit on the U-wide Welcome Week Advisory Board with the Orientation and First Year Programs office to be kept apprised of the plan for the entire week and how College Day fits into that plan. Chair a committee of professional stakeholders in CLA to design and implement a plan to engage the incoming first year students and showcase various highlights of the College.

Transformed the website to a more visually appealing look and added content that would assist current as well as prospective students in their major and career searches.* Developed a program in conjunction with our counseling office targeted at students on academic probation, providing strategies to implement immediately to improve academic performance.* Served as the office scholastic committee representative for 4 years. In this role, made independent decisions for student petitions to academic policies as well as served on a committee to discuss larger student concerns.* Served as a trainer for health science information to new advisers to the College.* Represented the College at recruitment and outreach events.
