I started Jen Epp Consulting to help companies translate customer insights to strategy to impact. I partner with MedTech and healthcare organizations as a fractional leader or project-focused consultant to solve problems in pursuit of profitable growth, involving customers at every step. Each engagement is customized to business objectives.I am a business strategist with 20 years of experience translating customer insights to profitable growth. I began my career in advertising and learned early that brands thrive when they deeply understand and inspire customers. I developed personas, touchpoint analyses and strategic briefs, while managing diverse accounts. I was drawn to healthcare to apply my skills to improving patient care. I joined an early-stage medical device company, ReShape Medical, and gained operational, clinical, and commercial experience bringing a novel medical product to market. I then joined Breg, a commercial-stage orthopedic product and service company. I spent the next ten years growing my leadership by bringing customer insights to drive results through product development, marketing and customer experience design. I used my seat at the executive table to drive organizational focus and commitment to customer-centric growth initiatives. The company grew 255% during my tenure.As an independent consultant, I have helped early to commercial-stage Medtech companies across orthopedics, sports medicine, diabetes, cardiology and dental. I combine a disciplined, yet practical, approach to insights with an understanding of what it takes to operationalize across organizations.
