Working with clients from my home treatment room and in client’s homes to provide Soft Tissue Therapy to maintain muscular-skeletal stability in order to prevent injury and ensure clients are able to perform in their sports or functional daily movements that suit their lives.Through developing excellent relationships. I work closely with clients to develop training plans and ensure that I include a treatment schedule to ensure that sports people and the everyday public are able to meet their targets.I am always wanting to increase my knowledge through attending CPD courses. Since qualifying, I have attended CPD courses in Taping for Sport and Gait analysis. I have taken advantage of the virtual CPD courses that have been made available during the COVID pandemic and have attended courses on both Dry Cupping and Rock Blades for fascia release. I have also recently become qualified and licensed to include Dry Needle Therapy (medical acupuncture) in my treatments.I have provided soft tissue therapy massaging whilst volunteering at a number of sporting events, including cycling events in London and running events in Suffolk. Working in the classroom across all year groups to enhance the learning of students who have specific Learning Difficulties. I work with students on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or even across the whole class.Although in recent times, my timetable reflects the need for COVID bubbles, I have generally been a specialist TA in the areas of PE and science, differentiating the lessons to enable students to engage with the lessons, especially those with disabilities.I am a mentor to a students guiding them through difficult life situations and ensuring that their learning isn’t effected.I have proven myself to be able to react to sudden changes in the work place, stepping in to help the school in difficult situations.

Managing the diary and daily meetings of the Director of Public Health. Developing relationships quickly with key employees across the NHS and Suffolk County Council to ensure that the Director was in the right place at the right time with the right information.

In this role I was able to use commercial skills to enhance and support the successful running of a highly influential education project.Working with stakeholders that included schools, the LEA and government regulatory bodies, my role was extremely varied, from managing meetings and the project office to being the key contact for staff, pupils and parents for project related enquiries. I worked closely in a team of people in the purchasing and development stages of a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). This included the changing of methodologies in fellow colleagues through events and promotional sessions using National Remodelling Techniques. I organised and ran training courses for staff and local community members to integrate the new technologies that had been introduced to them. Delivered in a professional environment, training material was delivered in both group sessions and on a one-to-one basis.
